great improvements and service quality
What do you like best about the product?
We have noticed over the last year that CloudConnexa has continued to improve the product. The service has always been top notch. The product is easy to set up and use. It also allows multi account access in AWS with competing CIDR ids which is a great benefit for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some bumps in the transition process to implement all of the improvements, but they are in the past. Everything works correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows us to connect securely to private ip's in our network

Cloud connexa is best ever vpn i have used
What do you like best about the product?
Esialy connect without any issue, sometime it take while while 3 users use it

some times it take organization issue when i already enter it

Simple to setup and it just works. Its easbe to integrate and has an array of features.

There are little downsites to it, OpenVPN have a great product here,.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far no issues all good. Price can be little cheaper for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Split Tunnel we are saving cost on data transfer, we are only keeping required system behind VPN
CloudConnexa OpenVPN: User-Friendly and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
This is used daily in our company. Easy for our end-users to use. We had issues with our meraki product and this one has been very seamless, and allows SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not ran into any downsides as of yet.

Work from home and allows to access business critical software

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to spin up an instance with CloudConnexa installed in it and boom, reachable worldwide. User Management is pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Terraform integration with the API is still not ready. It would be beneficial to have such a product using IAS.

Amazing and easy to plug and play

Easy to connect to, great up time, and really nice saas dashboard

Not clear how to use sso, there is no standard place to upload saml metadata

Does what it says it does!
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to sign up and get a VPN operational. 15-20 minutes from the time you register to have it up, running, and users connected. We have about 10-users that use it daily and rarely experience issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is great, but is sometimes a little bit slow to respond. Once they get to your ticket, it gets resolvved quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have remote users that need the corporate external IP address to be able to connect to a client's network. They refuse to add more than a couple of IP's to their web front-end, so using OpenVPN to connect to an office gateway allows all users to work remotely, if required.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast to set up without compromising on security.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need some external help (forums, online searches) to do some advance manoeuvers as their documentation doesn't cover everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a VPN easy to set up and manage users with different roles using a simple interface.
