Perfect solution to operate on live data.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is done around data, variables triggering actions or filtering flows. You can easily define your events or flags using variables in your datalayer isntead of implementing multiple event listeners like competition does. I love how easy this solution is to integrate with inhouse architecture of tracking providing useful tooling and documentation. The support is always quick to respond and to solve the reported issue, never had any issues getting the help I have expected. The suite is full of features and can be easily tailored to your needs, Tealium staff is always there to help and talk about problems or needs of scalling the solution. I am working with Tealium tools everyday. I never had any major issues with accesibility or any of the tools being down. Our company integrates Tealium with internal tools frequently as we build our tracking around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user experiences in the UI might need some polishing, nothing gamebreaking just quality of life things sometimes are not up to the quality Tealium provides with functionality of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect our platform data with E-commerce and Analytics vendors using front-end and backend integrations. It simplifies the interaction with marketing tooling and enables us to use our internal archiecture to the full as it serves us as gateway to send offline events to various vendors.

Good CDP for unifying customer data
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium CDP has enabled us to blend diverse customer data sources, subsequently establishing standardized audiences that can be leveraged across our marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhancing the user experience would be helpful. Adding more options to audience connectors. Reporting is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing a 360 customer view. Removing data silos. Identifying engaged users for targeting across marketing channels.

The real-time data synchronization functionality offered by Tealium AudienceStream CDP is truly remarkable. It ensures that the marketing decisions of my company are always supported by the latest customer interactions, thereby optimizing the level of relevance and engagement.

At first, I found it difficult to navigate the Tealium AudienceStream CDP platform. Providing step-by-step guides would greatly improve the user experience for new users.

Tealium AudienceStream Provides Best-in-class Customer Data Unification
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visitor stitching technology that is available within Tealium AudienceStream. We leverage this to create reliable customer profiles of our site visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is a bit difficult to fully learn & comprehend. This may be a result of AudienceStream still being fairly new to us, but TealiumIQ feels slightly easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium AudiencStream CDP is helping us better understand exactly who our customers are. We are now able to stitch together the same user across multiple devices which can benefit us by making our messaging more tailored and less redundant.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile tool where you can always find a way to achieve your goals. It allows you to send audiences to multiple platforms in a simple way. The support team is easy to contact and offers service in multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning time can be a bit long for new team members, but getting to know the platform is easy due to the large number of training resources that Tealium offers.

The UX can be improved, it would be nice to include tooltips to help better understand the features. It is also interesting to have a dashboard to see the volume of audiences

Nothing. It works without any issues for our use case.

We have quite a lot of data science model that is dependent on Audience Stream. These data science models predict scores every lead.

Tealium AudienceStream CDP is really good at dealing with data right away. It helps me quickly adjust to what customers are doing, and being able to change fast is key to making my marketing work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not a tech whiz, Tealium AudienceStream CDP can be too much because it has so many features. Making some parts easier to use without taking away what it can do would make it way better.

Tealium AudienceStream CDP helps keep track of what customers do on different platforms. By bringing data from everywhere together, it shows me how customers move and behave, which helps me make my marketing better at catching people’s interest and getting them to buy.

It's not easy to QA an audience in event stream.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Tealium AudienceStream is that it is platform agnostic. We can grow our MarTech stack as necessary without the need to invest in a single platform. This saves money and makes our investments more effective.
AudienceStream also has hundreds of native connectors so we can capture and organize multiple sources of data. This helps us build more accurate profiles of our customers, and communicate with them in meaningful ways.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Tealium AudienceStream is that it can be more technically challenging to manage. But, they provide great documentation and knowledge and training. However, I advise you work with Tealium experts to properly manage the platform.

Without Tealium AudienceStream CDP we would not be capturing and structuring data on our customers. AudienceStream helps us identify and use actionable data.
