What do you like best about the product?
Having tealium IQ as our central data hub works and helps our business manage tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although not directly involved. Our deveoper wanted an end point for access to more data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of different web properties and moble properties that require different tags at different times. Tealium allows us to simplify this proccess.

Take Marketing Automation To A Whole New Level

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to target specific audiences of people and deliver personalized messaging to them on multiple software platforms. For example, we have a very complicated membership program and we are able to target specific members at different tiers with key Facebook ads as well as triggering Marketo emails to these members when they take specific actions.

Additionally a differentiator for us is personalization and we can use Tealium to help us build key "audiences" that allow us to put those audiences into first party tools on our website that allow us to show real-time personalized messages to our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing the platform is challenging. Especially with multiple brands in a way that makes it easy to interact with and search for or monitor specific audiences within each brand. Sometimes different audiences get buried in a long list of criteria, which means we need to use smart labeling to keep things organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use multiple Single Page Application websites and tracking a user's behavior and interactions across multiple domains is extremely challenging when using tools like Google Tag manger. Tealium allows us to authenticate our users across all of our platforms in a simple way.

We use Marketo for our email marketing platform and because our websites are not connected in the normal sense it was impossible to get our Marketo Web Tracking script (Munchkin) setup properly without heavy development work. Tealium solved this for us instantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tealium is setting themselves up as a market leader in this space. If you want to go with the best - choose them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how concise they make the panels for information viewing. I like the future Github integration as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a REST API for querying current tag and extension code. Similarly I wish that the Github integration would work for tags as well as extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it for all our tag management and it's been great for that. It's simpe to use and for a new user like me it's easier to get started than with a homegrown alternative.

It's a great product. Do it.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to use audiencestream to setup email automation. We have seen massive lift with just this one channel on only a few brands and we are excited to use this to build more audience to reach users on other channels...
What do you dislike about the product?
however, when using this... its not the most straight forward thing to setup... highly suggest getting into a training bootcamp with Tealium to go over how to start using Audiencestream... we were never really walked-through any example use cases when we first were introduced to AS....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been trying to solve for "how do we get the right messaging to the right people in a timely manner"... we have been able to utilize the Marketo Connector and we have seen tremendous lift from these automations. It has made getting more personalized content to users a lot easier. There are so many other connector options and we are always looking for new ways to utilize AudienceStream!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly suggest going to a training provided by Tealium... huge learning curve...

I love the endless capabilities of AudienceStream, especially when taking into consideration the integrations with other complementary tools.

There is a learning curve to use it, but that goes with any martech platform these days.

What do you like best about the product?
Central data repository to activate audience-driven marketing. Eliminates the need for multiple separate integrations. And much, much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complex your technology ecosystem, the more work you will need to do--even though Tealium dramatically simplifies the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies personalization across channels--including performance media, lifecycle marketing, and website experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using the tool for 3 weeks now. It seems powerful and more easily customizable compared to competitors with which I have experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I don't find this tool as intuitive as other competitor tools.

Making our campaigns more efficient.
