What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about OpenVPN access server is the bulky interface. sometimes the software lags and runs slow. we can make the user interface more simplistic.

The problem was solved by the OpenVPN access server and it benefitted me to get anywhere across the globe and at very minimum cost and we also get random locations on demand.
Excellent product
Manage to set it up within half an hour. Just follow their official guide and you should be all good: https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resources/amazon-web-services-ec2-byol-appliance-quick-start-guide/
I deployed a t2 micro and there are no issues at all for my 5 min of testing. Upload and download speeds are good (67MB/24MB), tested through Google's internet speed test.

Best Solution to secure Private Network
What do you like best about the product?
We are using OpenVPN to access our private Network on GCP/AWS, our whole GCP / AWS infra can be accessible using OpenVPN file only. We are using this to securly SSH in our virtual machines & Cloud SQL instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's good. But sometimes when we connect with OpenVPN, we face internet issues. But after reconnecting it solves our issue. Still recommend to use for making your infrastructures security strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to SSH our servers securely. Early it was public / accessible through our office internet only. But we were looking to make it accessible from anywhere. So we were looking for a central network, here OpenVPN comes in picture. We setup one proxy network through this. And it solved our issue. Now we can connect with this using VPN file.
Simple, easy to deploy, very secure and reliable VPN.

Best VPN solution for GCP architectures
What do you like best about the product?
It was straightforward to install. I added the Access server through the Deployments options in GCP. It created the VM, network and firewall rules for it to work. I just had to purchase the license through their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Individual licenses can be a little pricey. Discount per volume (10+) would be desirable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to protect our GCP architecture through private access.

Super Fast VPN & Secure App
What do you like best about the product?
OpenVPN is a tool that uses open source, allowing its users to connect to any VPN. This is one of the reasons why it is highly rated in reviews and opinions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs sometimes that slow down our connection, which is disadvantageous during meetings or client calls, especially when we are busy, but it's rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VPN is useful because it allows us to work remotely. I have health problems and cannot go to the office, so this service makes me comfortable just as if I were at the office.

VPN Protocol done right!
What do you like best about the product?
As an industry leader, wherever I go it seems I can use the OVPN protocol, which is very handy when deploying profiles, as I'm already up to speed with the software and requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really, sometimes there are permission bugs when installing for End users, but this is usually due to Windows permissions rather than OpenVPN. It's easy to fix with reinstalls and restarts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we prefer not to roll out proprietary software for every VPN provider we use, it's super simple to keep all our profiles in one place. Not much more than that to say about it to be honest.

Since it's open source; you have full control on it. And you're certain that your connection is direct between you and your server. Works great on AWS EC2 instance and available ready in the marketplace.

Since it's between you and your own instances/servers, you'll have to manage and support yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure connection to connect to my VPC as well as connecting via public networks.
